Overwatch: Mei

Believe it or not, this is actually my first time (painting) with photoshop (photoshop-kun was so gentle with me kyaaa >////<)
But yeah, first painting attempt with photoshop. I think I did well and I also got carried away with all them fancy effects (cos Paint tool sai doesn't have those fancy ass effects!)
